What is Ballot Access?

Ballot access is the process by which a candidate gains the right to have their name appear on the ballot. Each of our 50 states plus D.C. has its laws and regulations. These laws and regulations include different requirements regarding petition start date, filing date, number of signatures required, how many electors, and the petition form itself. Ballot access for an independent candidate is extraordinarily costly.  Let’s give Robert F. Kennedy Jr. a seat at the table, a voice in the two-party discord, and promote voter choice.
